Fin designed with the foot pocket in the middle of the blade so that the transmission of force is effective, with a progressive and pleasant motion for the swimmer, reducing the hydrodynamic resistance of the upper part of the foot.
The sole has a stiffness calculated to avoid cramps in the sole of the foot. The rear area of the liner is thicker, reinforced, with a small flap that facilitates wearing. All profiles in contact with the skin are rounded for greater comfort.
AGUA SHORT combines three different materials in its structure:
Polypropylene for the shovel and the sole area. This material is known for its great lightness and resistance to salt, chlorine and the sun. It is unalterable and maintains its performance over time. It is non-breaking even if the fin is bent.
Rounded reinforcement elastomer in the lower profile of the blade. It avoids its wear due to erosion due to rubbing and protects other swimmers from occasional impacts.
Very soft and comfortable elastomer (thermoplastic rubber). It is used in the upper area of the foot pocket and in the side rails to stabilize the fin during swimming.
The instep of the shoe incorporates a 2 cm wide "Self adjusting" band in its center which allows a slight expansion (2 to 4 mm depending on the size) to adapt to people with high instep. The expansion has been meticulously calibrated in order not to compromise the transmission of energy.
AGUA SHORT enjoys all the Cressi experience as a manufacturer of diving and freediving fins since 1946 in: anatomy of fit, materials, design and production. 100% Made in Italy.
For shops located on the coast, the option of a high-strength short fin is also particularly interesting as a swim aid and protection for light snorkeling, especially in rocky areas.
